Very unfriendly staff. The toilet is locked due to an alleged renovation. Then I bought my rolls elsewhere.

Totally overpriced for the "quality". On the rolls you cut your palate open, instead of the usual 2 rolls, you need 4 here to be full. The cheesecake was way too dry. There are two points for the ambience and the tuna flatbread.

Very badly organized. Keyword Corona. The staff urgently needs training from or at the health department. Burned baked goods (see photo) are only taken back unreasonably and even replaced after discussion.

I can recommend everything to take away and cakes, albeit in the upper price range. But: the breakfast is unfortunately bad and expensive. Pros: Coffee is good and our waitress was nice too. Her colleague snapped loudly at another customer, unfortunately that is not possible. The photo is really the gourmet breakfast and nothing has been eaten. There was also a serving of greasy scrambled eggs. Even the unnecessary lettuce leaf can no longer save / conceal anything. You have to do it again, dear Höfer bakery - I can't imagine anyone besides tourists wanting to have breakfast here repeatedly. A pity

Worst service in a long time. Corona seems to be completely irrelevant to the employees, how else can you explain that no slips have to be filled out (although you have breakfast in the store)? The employees are not only incompetent but also extremely unfriendly.

Unfortunately only four stars (after a possible 5 stars on Saturday 8/8/2020) - why: on Saturday two employees were very calm and experienced in preparing breakfast - on Sunday from 8 a.m., unfortunately, only one employee was in the bakery - in my opinion. Incorrect planning: if breakfast is offered then two employees have to be on site at the start (not from 9 a.m.) - customers who 'only' wanted to buy bread rolls had to wait a long time - but more important: the food is all freshly prepared - decorative on ' m plate - definitely recommended ??

For years THE constant of my lunch break! The ladies are always friendly, always courteous (the cocoa is in the works before I order it), patient in situations that are not so 08/15, not all visitors speak our language, you can absolutely Take a break stress-free. Great team!

A bakery with a centuries long history. The current owner being a descendant from the founders. Lots of really old family recipes. Excellent, high quality products. Worth trying. Watch out for the calories. Enjoy!
